8 pieces of fritter bread
1 cup cream (heavy)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1. In bowl add eggs, cream, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon; mix well.
2. Dip fritter bread in mixture and fry in vegetable oil over medium heat.
3. Serve golden brown with your favorite topping.
