Simple Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp. water or salad oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can chicken broth, gravy or chicken soup
  • Parsley (optional)

    Directions

    1. Place flour in bowl. Stir in egg, baking powder and salt. Add water to moisten (parsley optional).



    2. Add entire mixture to a boiling liquid (chicken broth, gravy, or chicken soup).



    3. Cover and cook two to three minutes.
