2 pieces of steak (preferably tenderloin)
1 Tbsp. clarified butter or butter substitute
2 or 3 mushrooms, sliced
2 or 3 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup prepared beef gravy
1 tsp. brandy
Pinch each of salt and black pepper
1. Heat butter in pan. Cook meat until almost desired doneness, then add mushrooms, onions, salt and pepper.
2. Reduce heat a little and add brandy.
3. When fire goes out, add prepared gravy. Simmer all together, stirring frequently.
