A yummy twist in your chicken routine.
Ingredients
4 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
3/4 cups cornstarch
3 cups red wine vinegar
3 cups chicken breast, cubed
2 1/2 cups green pepper, chopped
3/4 cups soy sauce
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. ground ginger
Rice
Directions
1. Fry chicken quickly, or bread and deep fry.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Serve over rice.
