Stuffed Artichoke Bottoms
Everything you could ever want in an artichoke bottom.
Ingredients
3 cans artichoke bottoms
Optional Sauces
1/2 cup Hot Ajvar
Olive Spread
1 cup black olive pate'
1 cup black pitless kalamat olives
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3 pieces green olives
1 clove garlic
Wild Rice Spread
1-1 1/2 cups wild rice
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 bunch green onions
1 tsp. no salt seasoning
1 tsp. Worchester sauce
Salt to taste
Directions
1. Fill artichoke bottoms with any of three sauces:
Hot Ajvar
Wild rice spread (stirred)
Olive spread
2. Add onions to top of artichoke to season.
