1 zucchini squash
1 red pepper
8 pea pods
Julienne all veggies 1/8"
1 head bib lettuce
Sweet and sour sauce or your favorite sauce
1. Lay out tortillas and coat with a layer of sauce. Brush on sauce to cover the entire tortilla.
2. Lay lettuce leaves over half the tortilla.
3. Line up approximately three strips of each veggie the length of the tortilla.
4. Roll tight and let hold at room temp.
5. Just before serving cut 1" pieces on a severe angle and lay out a platter cut side facing up.
