Tri-Color Tortellini with Creamy Pesto Sauce
A dish to add some color to your life.
5 oz. tortellini
2 1/2 oz. grilled chicken
1 oz. mushrooms
1 Tbsp. basil pesto
2 oz. heavy cream
2 oz. alfredo sauce base
1 oz. olive oil
1 oz garlic
1. Heat sauté pan and add olive oil and garlic. Heat garlic, then add chicken and mushrooms.
2. Add alfredo base with heavy cream and heat until hot. Add pesto and stir well.
3. Add tortellini, toss with sauce.
4. Top with tomatoes and cheese.
