Creamed Deviled Mushrooms
Scott gobbled these babies up after the show, they must be good.
1 oz. cream
Salt and pepper
Mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1. Melt the butter. Sautee the mushrooms (and peppers if you are using them.)
2. Flame with brandy if you wish.
3. Add the paprika. Add cream and heat.
4. Pour the mushrooms over the toast points and sprinkle with parsley.
