Potatoes on the Half Shell
I like them half-shelled taters!
Ingredients
12 red potatoes
4 oz. parmesan cheese
4 oz. heavy mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. fresh garlic, minced
Directions
1. Cook potatoes and cut them in half.
2. Scoop out potato halves.
3. Mix parmesan, mayo and garlic.
4. Spoon into potatoes.
5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.
