1/8 cup olive oil
12 Roma tomatoes, diced into 1/2 inch cubes
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. basil
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
1. Saute crushed garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes to release flavor. Add tomatoes and basil.
2. Cook for 30 minutes at reduced heat.
3. Finish with dash of balsamic vinegar.
