Ingredients
2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Topping:
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
4 cups peeled thinly sliced apples
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
1. Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup of sugar then, add eggs and beat until well blended.
2. Blend in Vanilla and pour in pie crust.
3. In a bowl combine 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tsp. Cinnamon, add apples, toss gently to coat.
4. Arrange apple mixture over cream cheese. Sprinkle with pecans and bake one hour at 350 degrees. Cool and refrigerate.
