Egg Lemon Sauce


  • 2 cups chicken broth (heat to boil)
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. flour


    1. Beat the eggs well, add the flour and lemon juice slowly to the egg mixture.

    2. Slowly smooth some of the hot broth into the egg mixture while continuing to beat.

    3. Stir the egg mixture into the remaining broth (off the heat) until smooth and thickened slightly.

    4. Top each domathe with sauce.
