As prepared by Chef Randolph Wyche at the River'd Inn
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
3 oz. melted butter
2/3 cup heavy cream
3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Combine all dry ingredients.
2. Add melted butter and cream.
3. Mix until blended smooth (don't over mix).
4. Add chocolate chips.
5. Scoop to desired size.
6. Bake at 350-degrees until golden brown (about 15 minutes).
7. Serve with macerated fruit and sweetened whipped cream.
