1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 clove garlic or 2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Creole seasoning
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cider vinegar
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. sugar
Nonfat cooking spray
1. Combine the tomato sauce, garlic, oil, onion, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and vinegar in a small saucepan. Heat and stir for 5 minutes.
2. Remove and baste chicken in cooking dish. Make sure to coat bottom of dish with cooking spray.
3. Bake in oven at 425° for 50-55 minutes. Remove and use remainder of sauce.
