1 chicken, cut up
1 packet of dry ranch dressing
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. Creole seasoning
2 tsp. butter
1. Wash and dry chicken.
2. Place chicken skin-side up in large flat pan such as cookie sheet or pizza pan.
3. Combine salad dressing mix, flour and Creole seasoning, then blend in melted butter and lemon juice.
4. Spread mixture evenly over chicken.
5. Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours or until tender.
