Lemon Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light whipped cream
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. sour cream
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 3 cups fresh fruit, such as mixed berries and pineapple

    Directions

    1. Mix sour cream and sugar together.



    2. Fold in lemon zest and whipped cream.



    3. Top fresh fruit with cream sauce, and serve immediately.



    Yield: 4 servings
