Low Fat Cheesy-Garlic Biscuits
2 1/4 cups of reduced fat baking mix
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1. Preheat oven to 450°.
2. Mix together baking mixand milk until a dough forms. Add cheese.
3. Drop by spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
5. Take out of oven and brush with melted butter/garlic powder mixture.
Spray no-fat butter spray in place of margarine on hot biscuits, then sprinkle with garlic powder.
