3 cans biscuits
Cinnamon and sugar mixture
1 Stick margarine, melted
1 cup powdered sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut biscuits into fourths (use kitchen
shears/scissors). Roll in cinnamon and sugar. Drop into bundt pan in
2. Sprinkle extra cinnamon and sugar over each layer. Pour melted margarine over all. Bake for 25 minutes or until done. Make glaze with one cup powdered sugar and enough milk to make it the right consistency to pour but not too thin to stay on the cake. Pour part of glaze over cake while still in pan.
3. Let soak into cake for a few minutes. Then turn out onto plate and pour remaining glaze over cake. This is a great recipe for a Christmas morning. The children love rolling the biscuit dough in the cinnamon and sugar. We used to cal this Monkey Bread.
