Ingredients
Cake
1 milk chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1 1/4 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
Topping
1 carton whipped topping
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
3/4 cup brickle (almond toffee)
Directions
Cake
1. Beat cake mix, water, vegetable oil and eggs in large bowl on low speed for two minutes.
2. Lightly spray bottom of pan with cooking spray. Pour mix into a 13”x9” pan. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 35 minutes.
3. As soon as you take the cake out of the oven, poke holes in the cake and pour one can of sweetened milk over.
4. Melt peanut butter and milk chocolate chips. Pour over cake.
5. Refrigerate until cool.
Topping
1. Ice cake with cool whip and sprinkle peanuts and brickle.
2. Refrigerate until served.
