1 cup sugar
1/3 cup oleo
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup milk
2/3 cup flaked coconut
Frozen pie shell
Note: You can double the recipe to make two pies at once.
For a good variation, try chopped pecans instead of coconut or add chocolate chips in with the pecans or coconut for a very tasty dessert.
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Pour the coconut into the frozen pie shell.
3. Mix sugar, oleo, flour, vanilla, eggs and milk well and pour over the coconut, covering completely.
4. Bake 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
