8 oz. chocolate (semi-sweet, bittersweet, or milk chocolate)
8 to 10 oz heavy cream
Fruit, pound cake, or nuts (whatever is desired)
1. Heat heavy cream to a temperature just before it boils.
2. Pour warm cream over chocolate and stir well until smooth.
3. Serve warm in bowl or fondue apparatus.
4. Dip fruit, pound cake, or nuts into chocolate.
