Ingredients
6 to 8 oz. chicken breast
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 lemon, sliced
1/2 cup chicken stock
5 to 6 sliced mushrooms
5 to 6 oz. cooked pasta
Flour
Salt and pepper
Directions
1. Heat oil in pan.
2. Coat chicken breast in flour; add to pan and sear on both sides, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes per side.
3. Add wine, mushrooms, lemon and chicken stock and reduce by half.
4. Serve over pasta.
