2 lbs. ground meat
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion chopped
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 can enchilada sauce
1/2 dozen tortillas, quartered
1/4 lb. processed cheese
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese
1. Mix soup with 1/2 can water, cheese, and green chilies and melt together.
2. In skillet brown beef and onion. Pour off grease.
3. Add enchilada sauce and simmer. Line large casserole dish with tortilla pieces. Layer with meat mix and then soup mixture. Continue layering. End with soup.
4. Bake 1 hour, uncovered, at 300°.
