Deer, Turkey or Beef Jerky
2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. pepper
2 capfuls liquid smoke
3 capfuls Worcestershire sauce
3 capfuls Southwestern BBQ sauce
1 lb. deer, turkey or beef meat
1. Add salt, pepper, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce and BBQ sauce and mix.
2. Roll out meat to 1/8 inch thick.
3. Use glass to cut patties or cut into strips.
4. Sprinkle mixture sauce over the strips or patties.
5. Put in a 200° oven for 2 to 2.5 hours.
