Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cups apricots, diced
1/3 cups apples, diced
1/3 cups cranberries, diced
1/2 cups butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 cups dried bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. celery seed
3/4-1 cup chicken stock
1 egg
Directions
1. In a medium pot, saute butter and onions until tender.
2. Add apricots, cranberries and apples and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt, pepper and celery seed.
3. Add to bread mix and stir; then add egg.
4. Add chicken stock until moistened.
5. Bake in a buttered 9' x 13" baking pan at 350° for approximately 25-35 minutes.
