1 box instant no bake cheesecake
1 cup milk
2 oz. orange juice concentrate
1 oz. spiced rum
8 oz. whipped non-dairy topping
1 orange, de-seeded and diced
12 tartlet shells
1. Mix first four ingredients. Whisk together for 2-3 minutes or until well blended.
2. Add whip cream to tartlet shells -- 1/3 full. Add cheesecake mix. Fill to top of tart shell. Allow to rest to 20 or until firm.
3. Garnish with whipped cream and diced oranges.
Tartlets can be made from a simple piecrust recipe or purchased from a local supermarket. Rum can be omitted to flavoring of choice, such as banana, kiwi or strawberry.
