Orange Rum Cheesecake Tartlets



  • 1 box instant no bake cheesecake
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 oz. orange juice concentrate
  • 1 oz. spiced rum
  • 8 oz. whipped non-dairy topping
  • 1 orange, de-seeded and diced
  • 12 tartlet shells


    1. Mix first four ingredients. Whisk together for 2-3 minutes or until well blended.

    2. Add whip cream to tartlet shells -- 1/3 full. Add cheesecake mix. Fill to top of tart shell. Allow to rest to 20 or until firm.

    3. Garnish with whipped cream and diced oranges.

    Chef’s Tip

    Tartlets can be made from a simple piecrust recipe or purchased from a local supermarket. Rum can be omitted to flavoring of choice, such as banana, kiwi or strawberry.
