Chocolate and Swirled Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 3/4 cups butter or margarine
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 7 oz. marshmallow cream
  • 12 oz. peanut butter and chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla


    1. Add first three ingredients in heavy saucepan on medium heat. Bring to a soft boil stage. Cook approximately 5 minutes.

    2. Take off heat, add chips, and let melt.

    3. Add the rest of the ingredients.

    4. Place in lightly greased pan and cool for 2-4 hours.

    Chef’s Tip

    You can add butterscotch or white chocolate chips to change or replace peanut butter or chocolate chips.
