1 cup brown sugar
3 oz. butter
1 lime (zest and juice)
1 orange (zest and juice)
1 nectarine (peeled, pitted and chopped)
1 peach (peeled, pitted and chopped)
2 Tbsp. brandy
6 vanilla ice cream stuffed crepes
1. In a medium sauce pan melt butter, then add brown sugar and stir over medium heat for 1 minute.
2. Add lime and orange zest and juice while stirring constantly for two more minutes. Reduce heat to simmer then add nectarine and peach flesh.
3. When mixture is a thick syrup, add brandy stir for 1 more minute and serve over ice cream stuffed crepes.
Yield: 3-4 servings
