Despite being sidelined for the next few weeks, Jeremy Young has been named a semifinalist for a national award.
The Southern Miss quarterback is one of four Conference USA players that are up for the Draddy Trophy.
The Award recognizes the player that best exemplifies success in the classroom, on the field, and in the community.
The list will be narrowed down to 15 finalists later this month and the trophy will be handed out on December 4.
