Osby Inks With Mississippi State

Northeast Lauderdale forward Romero Osby took the guesswork out of the recruiting process back in June when he verbally committed to Mississippi State.

Wednesday, he remained true to his word and signed with the Bulldogs.

Osby took advantage of the early signing period to lock in with MSU.

The Trojan standout was one of Mississippi's top prospects after averaging 24 points and just over 11 boards per game during his junior campaign.

He was the Defensive MVP during the 2007 MAC All-Star Game, named to the all-state team and was chosen as a Dandy Dozen for two straight years.
