Croom Earns Another Coaching Award

If you are wondering what Mississippi State head football coach Sylvester Croom will be doing this offseason, it probably includes building a new trophy case.

Croom received a national award when he was named the Grant Teaff Coach of the Year by the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

He received the honor during the American Football Coaches Association Convention in Anaheim, California Thursday.

Croom was already recognized as the SEC Coach of 2007. He is also one of seven finalists for the Bear Bryant Coach of the Year award.
