Logan Power's ninth-inning single lifted Mississippi to a 2-1 win over Alabama Sunday in the second game of a doubleheader.

Fuller Smith made a game-saving catch in the bottom of the eighth inning of the second game for the Rebels (16-11, 4-5). He also executed a sacrifice bunt in the ninth to move two runners into scoring position.
In the first game, Will Stroup (3-0) didn't allow a run over the final 5-2/3 innings for the Tide.
