Mississippi State guard Barry Stewart fractured his ankle during a pickup game earlier this month and is rehabilitating the injury.
Coach Rick Stansbury says it will take six to eight weeks to heal the stress fracture.
Stewart is one of the Bulldogs' top returning starters after averaging a team-high 35.7 minutes per game. He was third in scoring with 11.5 points per game.
