Ole Miss is featured on this week's cover of Sports Illustrated, just days after beating then Number 4-ranked Florida 31-30 in a shocking upset.

It has been 38 years since the Rebels were given such treatment in Sports Illustrated, one of the nation's most widely read magazines. Ole Miss quarterback Archie Manning appeared on the cover Sept. 14, 1970.

The cover photo features Ole Miss defensive end Greg Hardy diving to tackle Florida quarterback Tim Tebow. The title of the article is "Rebels Rise."

Hardy had 2.5 tackles for a loss and 1.5 sacks in the game.

Ole Miss hosts South Carolina at 1 p.m. Saturday at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.
