ATHENS, Ga. (AP) -- Georgia linebacker Akeem Hebron will miss the remainder of the season after being injured in practice.
Hebron, a sophomore who played sparingly in six games this season, sustained a fracture dislocation of the left ankle at the end of Tuesday's practice. He will be out four to six months.
In addition, tight end Aron White went down with a sprained shoulder and won't be able to play when the ninth-ranked Bulldogs travel to No. 11 LSU on Saturday.
White, a redshirt freshman who started one game at the injury-plagued position, sprained his right shoulder Tuesday and will be evaluated week to week.
On a more promising note, Georgia expects a pair of senior starters, linebacker Dannell Ellerbe and tight end Tripp Chandler, to play at LSU after missing the last two games with injuries.
The Bulldogs practiced for 90 minutes Wednesday in shorts and shoulder pads.
