Southeast jumped out to an early lead but lost momentum when senior guard Brittany Roberts went down with a knee injury. Roberts did not return to the game.
Raymond led by two at halftime, but dominated the second half to take the win.
Southeast Lauderdale was the defending state champ and had claimed state crowns in three of the last four years.
