Southeast Falls In Title Game

Southeast Lauderdale's bid to repeat at 3A girls champion ended Friday night at the Mississippi Coliseum.
The Lady Tigers fell to top ranked Raymond 66 to 43.
Southeast jumped out to an early lead but lost momentum when senior guard Brittany Roberts went down with a knee injury. Roberts did not return to the game.
Raymond led by two at halftime, but dominated the second half to take the win.
Southeast Lauderdale was the defending state champ and had claimed state crowns in three of the last four years.
