DARLINGTON, S.C. (AP) -- Three-time NASCAR champion Jimmie Johnson has hit the wall during qualifying at Darlington Raceway and went for treatment to the infield care center.
The back end of Johnson's car touched the wall in turn 2 and caused him to spin midway through Friday's qualifying.
He was evaluated and released from the care center.
