A public memorial for former NFL quarterback Steve McNair is scheduled for Thursday in Nashville.
A viewing at Lewis and Wright Funeral Home will be from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Then a viewing will be held from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Mount Zion Baptist Church.
A funeral will be held Saturday in Mississippi, but final arrangements had not been finalized Monday.
The 36-year-old McNair was found shot to death inside a Nashville condo Saturday. A 20-year-old woman police said he had been dating also was found dead.
McNair was a four-time Pro Bowl selection who was married with four children.
Instead of flowers, fans are asked to make a donation to the Steve McNair Foundation.

i am sad to hear this story due to a couple of days ago i were unable fo sleep due to one of my bad dreams that i have sort of thing that god has for me as for me to see things in my sleep as to where my dreams come true . instead god showed me dead and some man dead and it all lead to him and his girlfriend its kinda creepy and crazy but true i just wish that he could of showed me it was him and maybe i could of stopped it but he does have a reason for everything...........
