Kenneth Barlow, Dontal Hall and Justin Stringer added 11 points each for Scott Central, which made 23 of 41 free throws.
Tchula Marshall fought back from a 24-4 first-quarter deficit to take a 38-34 lead after three quarters.
But Marshall couldn't find its shooting touch in overtime, hitting only two baskets and converting only 3 of 10 free throws.
Nickeal Washington led Marshall with 15 points, Kentress Baker scored 12 and Wardell Turner had 10.
