UWA Falls in 2nd Round

JEFFERSON CITY, TENN. --- The UWA football team looked to continue their improbable run through the Division II playoffs Saturday afternoon in Jefferson City, Tennessee.
The Tigers went up against Carson Newman in second round action, UWA trailed 49-20 at halftime, but they scored 21 unanswered points in the third quarter to get back in it. It wasn't enough, however, as Carson Newman held onto win a shootout 59-41
