Ross Retires At Ole Miss

Ole Miss Women's Basketball Coach Carol Ross announced her retirement Thursday.

According to school officials, Assistant Coach Tenee Ladner will now become head coach of the Lady Rebels.

Ross is a former SEC coach of the year who just had her most successful season in Oxford.

She guided Ole Miss to the NCAA women's elite eight and a 25 and 11 record.

Ross was 78 and 50 in four seasons with the Lady Rebels. Prior to her stint in Oxford, Ross served 12 years as head coach at Florida.
