Rains Wash Out Day 3 At Region 23

Mother Nature was the big winner Wednesday as rains washed out all action at the Region 23 baseball tournament.
Action will resume on Thursday with MCC taking on Gulf Coast at 1:00 in an elimination game. The Eagles lost to Northwest back on Tuesday night.
The two remaining unbeaten teams in the tournament are Itawamba and Northwest. Those two teams will tangle at 4:00.
The winner of the six-team event advances to the Division 2 Junior College World Series in Millington, Tennessee.
