Knights Close Out on Top

The Jackson Clarion Ledger has released its final prep baseball poll of the year, and coming as no surprise, West Lauderdale winds up with the number one ranking.
The Knights recently capped off one of the greatest seasons in this state's history. They went 38 and 2, claimed a state-record 11th state championship and were ranked as high as number two nationally by USA Today.
Nine players have signed college scholarships, with four of those at high profile division one schools.
No other area teams were ranked in the final 15.
