Lamar golf standout Nick Brown is headed to Southern Miss for the 2007-08 season.
Brown was a driving force for the Raiders this year en route to their MPSA South State title, AAA state championship and overall state championship.
He led the team this season with a lowest stroke average of 71 per round.
Brown was also one of the 12 area seniors selected to this year's All-Scholastic Sports Team.
