Ledezma is 3-1 with a 4.79 ERA in 23 games out of the bullpen this year.
The 24-year-old McBride, selected by the Braves in the first-round of the 2001 amateur draft, was 1-0 with a 3.60 ERA in 18 relief appearances with Atlanta.
