COLLINSVILLE --- Meridian Community College head baseball coach, Chris Rose, announced Friday the addition of two local standouts to the 2010 recruiting class.

MCC signed West Lauderdale seniors: Dustin James and Wes Stokes to play baseball starting in the fall of 2010 for the Eagles.

James, a 155 lbs. 5’9” right handed infielder, played for WLHS seeing action at third-base, shortstop and on the mound.

Stokes, a 205 lbs. 6’2” right-handed pitcher dominated over the past two seasons with a 19-3 record his sophomore and junior years.
