Johnson Eyes NBA Draft

Former Jackson State basketball star Trey Johnson has no idea when, or if, he will be drafted Thursday night.

Johnson averaged more than 27 points per game as a senior and was the second leading scorer in the nation.

He was one of about 60 prospects invited to the NBA pre-draft camp in Orlando in late May.

Johnson is projected by most draft experts to go in the second round.

The former JSU star won the Bailey Howell Award this past season as Mississippi's top collegiate basketball player.
