The family of former St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Josh Hancock has dropped a lawsuit concerning his death.
They were previously suing a restaurant owner and a tow truck operator for the wrongful death of the 29-year-old athlete.
Hancock died in a car accident in St. Louis during the early morning hours of April 29th.
Toxicology reports later revealed that his blood alcohol level was much higher than the legal limit.
