Wayne County's Jerrell Powe is still waiting to hear the decision on his eligibility.
According to his attorney, transcripts have been submitted to the NCAA now that Powe's coursework is complete.
Don Jackson, who is representing Powe, said he is not sure when a decision will be made.
Powe, a former Wayne County defensive tackle, has been battling academic problems since he committed to Ole Miss in 2005.
